River View RV Park's is nestled along the main Licking River. Blue Licks Battlefield State Resort Park is located 12 miles from the grounds. Blue Licks Battlefield is more widely known as the site of the last Revolutionary War battle in Kentucky. Nearby parks are Kentucky Horse Park, Kincaid Lake State Park, Carter Caves State Resort Park, Greenbo Lake State Resort Park, and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. You can find several Covered Bridges located within short driving distances from the camp.
